Seamless steel pipe is perforated by the whole round steel, and the steel pipe without weld on the surface is called seamless steel pipe. According to the production method, seamless steel pipes can be divided into hot-rolled seamless steel pipes, cold-rolled seamless steel pipes, cold-drawn seamless steel pipes, extruded seamless steel pipes, pipe jacking, etc. According to the cross-sectional shape, seamless steel pipe is divided into round and special-shaped two kinds, special-shaped pipe has square, oval, triangular, hexagonal, melon-shaped, star-shaped, winged tube a variety of complex shapes. Max diameter up to 900mm,min diameter of 4mm. According to different purposes, there are thick-walled seamless steel pipe and thin-walled seamless steel pipe. Seamless steel pipe is mainly used as petroleum geological drilling pipe, petrochemical cracking pipe, boiler pipe, bearing pipe and high-precision structural steel pipe for automobile, tractor and aviation.
