High pressure boiler tubes are often used in high temperature and high pressure conditions. High pressure boiler tube is mainly used to manufacture high pressure and ultra high pressure boiler superheater tube, reheater tube, gas pipe, main steam pipe, etc.
Due to the long-term work of the boiler tube under high temperature and high pressure conditions, the material will creep, the plasticity and toughness will decrease, the original structure will change, and corrosion will occur. As a boiler steel pipe should have:(1) sufficient lasting strength;(2) sufficient plastic deformation capacity; (3) min aging tendency and hot brittleness;(4) high oxidation resistance, coal ash resistance, natural gas high temperature corrosion, steam and stress corrosion resistance;(5) good organizational stability and good process performance. High-pressure boiler tubes are made of carbon steel and pearlite, ferrite and austenitic stainless heat-resistant steels. In order to improve the thermal efficiency of thermal power generating units and reduce fuel consumption, countries around the world are mainly developing large-capacity, high-parameter (high-temperature, high-pressure) thermal power units (more than 1000MW). The steam pressure increases to 31.5~34.3MPa, the superheated steam temperature reaches 595~650 ℃, and develops to the ultra-high pressure critical pressure, which puts forward higher requirements for the high-pressure boiler tube. To this end, new steel grades have been developed to meet the needs of high-parameter utility boilers.

Used for heating surface pipes of low and medium pressure boilers (working pressure is generally not more than 5.88Mpa and working temperature is below 450 ℃); Used for heating surface pipes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, petrochemical industry pipes, etc. of high-pressure boilers (working pressure is generally above 9.8Mpa and working temperature is between 450 ℃ and 650 ℃).
